If you decide to cancel your subscription, your menus will no longer be accessible but we will keep them for three years, so you can reactivate your menus at any time by renewing your subscription.

The dinee Online Ordering Platform caters for all types of online payment methods. You can choose your own payment gateway or use one of our preferred partners. We offer the option of automatic payment processing where the money is transferred directly into your account daily. You can also accept Cash, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay or other payment gateways on request.

We accept payment by credit card using the safe Network International (MasterCard, Visa or American Express). Depending on your location, additional payment options ( paypal, stripe, skrill, apple pay, Samsung pay, Ali Pay, Google Pay ) may be available, payments will be in euros or dollars or pound sterling, prices shown are excluding any applicable tax(es).

For yearly charges you will be charged once every 365 days from the date of the first subscription. For monthly charges, you will be charged every 7 days from the date of the first subscription. Your credit card will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription. We are not able to provide partial refunds for unused periods. All transactions will be considered final.

dinee gives you the ability to choose how you use and configure the system. That means you can use any single or multiple method of ordering as you need it. For example you may use dine in / table ordering to begin and down the track to also do pick-up orders and/or delivery orders.

QR codes can be recovered as long as the same vanity link is used when recreated.

Yes! The dinee platform allows you to configure menus to display on a schedule of arbitrary complexity. This means, for example, that you can configure weekend brunch, weekday breakfast, happy hour drink deals, and/ or daily dinner specials to appear at their appropriate times–all from the same QR code! You also have the ability to toggle menus on/ off from the manager’s mobile or desktop dashboard for on the fly menu changes.

Yes! If multiple menus are configured to appear, it will provide your customer the option to select and navigate between them. If only one is configured to appear, the user will be sent directly to that menu.

Can I have multiple different QR codes set to different restaurants or menu schedules?2023-01-16T10:15:42+00:00

Sure can! There is currently no limit for the number of QR codes a user can generate and the menus availability are fully schedulable.

Yes, you can create multiple restaurant locations. Staff accounts can be used to delegate access to specific restaurants. Multiple restaurants can be linked through a website generated from our dinee platform. Customers can visit this site, choose their store location and proceed with their order as normal.

Definitely! Just drag and drop menus in the dashboard to rearrange their display order.

You are able to add, edit, update, and delete menus at any time with just a few clicks. The platform accepts most photo formats as well as dynamic sources such as your website’s url.

dinee allows you to customize just about everything! You can design your own code, edit the appearance and add custom logos. You can also edit the landing page your customers will see so that it is customized for your business.

There is no limit, you can freely create your menus and organize it however you like, with all of your products organized with as many sections and menus as you want.

The interface has been designed in such a way that it is possible to add photos of the products you offer; this of course remains optional. With or without a photo, your menus will be perfectly intuitive and accessible!

You can print order receipts automatically or manually to any number of printers. Printers must be connected to a Windows 7 or above PC. You can also use any linux device. Your printer drivers must also be installed on your system.

You will get notification inside dinee admin dashboard. You will need a device with internet access such as a mobile or tablet or PC. Through your web browser, you can access our online admin interface and manage your orders. We also have a notification application for mobile / tablet. We can provide a printing function and orders can be printed. We do recommend a mobile or tablet or PC as that gives you the ability to print receipts from it.)

Two solutions: either your customer accesses your menu using the QR Code, or they can access it directly using your personal dinee menu web address (eg: https://yourvenue.dinee.menu)

Most modern devices have QR code readers built in. That said, all Android and iPhone have QR reader apps that can be downloaded for free. And as a backup, it’s always helpful to have a spare menu available just in case.

Most smartphones have QR Readers built in. For most devices, users will only need to open their camera and center the code (no photo required). A popup will magically appear to shepherd your customers to your menu or website. On iPhone, just launch the “Camera” application and aim for the QR Code, a link will appear to access the menu. On Android, it is sometimes necessary to install an application (Barcode Scanner) to flash the QR Code

No, the customer simply needs to scan the QR Code to access your menu. The menu will then be displayed directly in their smartphone’s web browser. All QR code applications allow you to read the dinee menu QR Codes.
